This book is part of the baby gym series, which has been put together after much research on the benefits of baby exercise and massage. Interaction between parent and child through exercise, movement, cuddling and massage helps build confidence and stimulates a child's senses. The book guides you through songs, and actions to do alongside them. There is also information on each page to show how to use the book to it's best ability. Great fun and an excellent resource for parents and carers.
